Shipping & Delivery

Local Order (Singapore & Malaysia)

  1. We provide free shipping on orders over SGD25 for Singapore/ RM75 for Malaysia.
  2. We will deliver your goods to you within 5-7 working days (excluding weekend) after you receive an email confirming your purchase.
  3. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number (if applicable).
  4. If you do not receive your goods after 5 days and do not receive any notification from us, please email us at contact_us{at}smart-kiddy.com.
  5. Please sign "Proof of Delivery" and return to the delivery person at the time you receive the products.
  6. Delivery person should not collect any payment from you.
  7. You must ensure that the address provided is correct. We do not take any responsibility for wrong address provided.
  8. Free Shipping terms shown include fuel surcharges. Import duties, taxes and other customs related charges are not included. Buyers bear all responsibility for all extra charges incurred (if any).
  9. Occasionally, due to different products have different processing and quality check times, so in some cases we will send out items separately to ensure that you can receive your order as soon as possible. In this case, you will receive different tracking number for different items in one order.

International Order

  1. We ship to most part of the world. If your country is not in our coverage, we will inform and refund to you.
  2. For the other region (except Singapore & Malaysia), we provide free shipping on orders over USD$50.
  3. Charges are calculated by actual weight.
  4. We will deliver your goods to you via International postage within 5-17 working days (excluding weekends).
  5. Estimated Time of Delivery depends on the shipping address. We will inform you the delivery tracking number within 3 days via email.
