Q: How soon can I receive the items I ordered? 
A: We'd process as quickly as we can, but 7 working days is a safe buffer. If you urgently need the items, best to inform us of your urgent order through our email: contact_us{at}smart-kiddy.com

Q: When will my order to be shipped?
A: Orders are processed daily except weekends and public holiday. As soon as your order is placed, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number (if applicable). 

Q: I have made a purchase on your website but I have not received any email confirmation. Why is this so?
A: Occasionally, some email mailboxes send your system emails to the Junk Mailbox, so do check in your Spam/Junk Mail, to see if our system emails have found their way there instead.

Q: We are making a purchase on behalf of a school/organization. Can you come to us to show us what you have?
A: Yes but limited to Singapore only, do drop us an email (contact_us{at}smart-kiddy.com) with the information listed below, and we can arrange an appointment for us to come to you.

  • The age range of the players the games are intended for
  • Anything particular to focus on? Maths? Language? Science? Short playing times - for recess?
  • Approximate total budget. (so we know whether to recommend 5 games or 20 games...)

Q: What are covered under Free Shipping terms?
A: Free Shipping terms shown include fuel surcharges. Import duties, taxes and other customs related charges are not included. Buyers bear all responsibility for all extra charges incurred (if any).
